This is a government pilot project to encourage the use of internet. </p> <p>It is a free access, sounds good!! HOWEVER, when you want to get serious into using the services, out of 10 times, you only get to use 1 or 2 times. Most of the time, the service is down. I have been patiently waiting for the improvement since the launching on 1 April 2007. But it seems like the connection is getting worse. I hardly able to use nowadays. </p> <p>There are 3 access points at High Street; deConnecXion-1, 3 &amp; 6. None of them functioning properly. </p> <p>As for the Boulevard Commercial area; deConnecXion-13, worse still. It is not functioning at all. How long do we have to wait until it is 100% working properly?
