As a general guideline, for not displaying parking coupons, MYR15 will be fined. For not parking in the proper spaces provided, the fine of MYR30 will be charged. Even if you've displayed your parking coupon accordingly, if the displayed time duration was over due by even a minute, which would be considered as "over parking", MYR1 will be charged for that duration of half an hour or one hour, depending on the zone. Subsequent duration will again be charged MYR1 for the next half hour / hour and so on.

Riam Road is one of the oldest roads in Miri. Originally just a dirt and stone path road, today the road is tar sealed, and connects from Miri-Bintulu Roadway intersection at King Commercial Center to Alpine Road.
Located in middle of Beautiful Jade Center, Persiaran Kabor, also known as Old Folks' Street (Lao Ren Jie 老人街) is a roofed area in between shoplots where coffeeshops lay out tables and chairs along where folks congregate there for breakfast or tea, drinks, chatting with one another, and passing their time.
This theatre was one of the three 'movie theatres' as how it was called back then. Miri Theatre was located at the site of what is now Yu Lan Plaza.
