Completed in 1994, Imperial Mall was a shopping mall & apartment located at Jalan Pos and North Yu Seng Road. The apartments were later remodeled into a hotel.
The shopping complex area comprises of four stories of 146 retail shop lots occupying offering arrays of goods and services ranging from fashion apparels, shoes, sport wears, telecommunication, electronic & electrical instruments, hair and beauty centres, banking facilities and food centres. Originally having Ngiu Kee Departmental Store, Boulevard Hypermarket and Departmental Store is the current anchor tenant.
Imperial Hotel is accessible within the mall via a door to the hotel lobby area, for the convenience of accommodation "one stop shopping" within the building.
Imperial Mall is linked by a bridge to Permaisuri Imperial City Mall.

The Sunflower Center was established in March of 1982, located at the headquarters of the Red Crescent with the objective to aid affected families & to educate the public to appreciate and understand children and young adults who are mentally and/or physically handicapped and with special needs. The Sunflower Center is a charitable non-governmental organisation (NGO) under the umbrella of Red Crescent, Miri Chapter. 
Food Pavilion is a large food court located at One TT Commercial Center, which is just off the entrance road to Taman Tunku.
Gawai Dayak is an annual harvest festival that is celebrated by Sarawakians, Borneo on 31 May and 1 June. It is a public holiday in Sarawak and is a social occasion recognized since 1957.
Lutong Bridge is the bridge linking Pujut 8 to Lutong across Miri River. This bridge was originally single-lane for each direction, but eventually upgraded in the early 2000s to accommodate for more traffic to double-lane going each direction. There is actually a road that goes beneath this bridge linking to Lutong Baru, effectively making this bridge Miri's very first 'overpass'.
