Piasau Miri Branch Library is a library branch that is located in Piasau Jaya along Dato Permaisuri Road. Previously painted a brown / beige in color, the building had been repainted bright green some time during the Go Green Campaign.
Located alongside Dato Permaisuri road as far back as in the early 1980s, it was conveniently located within walking distance from a Dato Permaisuri Secondary School and just in front of the Sri Mawar Primary School.

Miri Resort Food Court is a large food court center located at Bulatan Commercial Center selling stall foods of various varieties. 
The old Miri General Hospital, which was located on the peninsular at the Miri river mouth had long been operated by oil company Shell, with financial assistant from the government.
Located in the center of the city, Yew Hotel is just a stone's throw away from the nightlife, restaurants, shopping hub of Miri. It is walking distance from from nearby popular malls and historical & tourism landmarks.
