River Road was the name of the road that stretches from the Tua Pek Kong Temple, past the fish market, old bus station (now a roundabout), the old Miri Port Authority Building (now Arcadia Square), ending at the old shop houses of what is now known as the Harbour View Inn building.

Bekenu is a small fishing town near Miri, approximately 46 kilometres away from Miri city center. The town has a few very historical rows of shophouses dating back to the 1930s, and a fish market with the usual food centers.

The Room is a 4-story inn located at Brooke, with a nice view overlooking the city center intersection of Jalan Brooke and Nahkoda Gampar.
