The Hopoh Canteen is a decades-old food center, located at the Hopoh Association Building at Krokop at Jee Foh Road, Krokop. Hopoh Canteen was one of the oldest and still operating food centers in Miri. The center has seen many generations of Mirians, usually those from Krokop areas come and go, and today has many variety of food stalls within, selling noodles, Laksa, curry chicken rice, to name a few.
It is rare sight nowadays nowadays to see the old-style, hand-painted signboards still in use, along with the old-style soft drink sponsor logos, for an old food center housed in an old 1970s building.
